Wednesday Goth Girl—Part of Ladies’ “Go To” Shirtwaist Dress– Fit and Flare —1939 to Early 1950s, Sizes 4-32. Size selectable.  This is a subset of 134 and only contains the pattern pieces and instructions to make the dress pictured.  If you own Laughing Moon pattern 134 you already have the pattern pieces and instructions for this dress.  
You will receive several files sent immediately to the email used to purchase the pattern.  You will receive the front and back of the cover in letter size, "How to Print" in letter size, instructions in letter size, and 4 A0 size pages of pattern pieces.  These pattern pieces are in black dashed lines and are size selectable.  This means you can print the pattern on your home printer or by a copy shop in just the size you want.  This pattern is not tiled but you can tile it yourself by using the "poster" option in Adobe Acrobat.

Modern, Retro, Theater or Reenactor.  Copied from a documented extant garment dated to 1951. The fit of the bodice has intentional ease to enable free movement for dance, exercise, or work.  There are instructions on how to make the fit tighter if desired.  This pattern is a dress with separate bodice and attached skirt with the bodice ending at the natural waistline.  The bodice front has horizontal bust darts (which can be repositioned as desired) and four pleats at the waist.  The bodice back has a two piece back with a yoke and wider lower back gathered into it.  The back has two pleats at the waist for fitting.  The sleeves are long and end at the wrist.  The sleeve has a very full sleeve head which is either darted, pleated, or gathered into the armscye.  The long sleeve can be made plain or with a cuff.  The neckline is high neck.  The high neck has a long shirt collar.  There is an optional belt that is 1 3/4 inches wide.  There is a pattern piece for the belt, but the layouts do not include a belt.  You may need to purchase extra fabric if you choose to make a belt.  The skirt is A-line.  The skirt can be made with either no pockets or large inserted pockets.  Fabric:  Modern—any fabric.  Period Silk, Cotton, Linen, Wool, Nylon, Rayon.  Interfacing:  Medium Weight .  Notions:  fourteen  5/8” or 3/4” buttons.  One additional button needed for the optional belt or a purchased buckle.  Large or tall may need additional buttons.
